5.Avoid eating outside food.
6.Have a lot of lime/Vit-C.
7.Keep your body warm.
8.Avoid public urinals.
9.No Alcohol.
10.Last, get sufficient sleep.
It is important that all of us spread this message to whom we feel vulnerable to such Risks.
